Bad Spike, No Lucky Charms for you
Tom came to the shop unexpectedly today and found me mowing the lawn with the leperchaun, he thought this was wrong for some odd reason. All I heard was Bad Spike you call this mowing the lawn and said no lucky charms for you. I realized later that it was the uneven cut I was doing not the tools I was using. Nothing to report on the drive by and the tune was "Misplaced Childhood" by Marillion today.

Some days are better then others.
I get so confused in the mornings these days. There is 2 more choices for breaky and each is great with bailey's. Unfortunately it comes with a price as the other flavors are not available in Canada only for my friends in the US. Maybe some day they will bring some to me for my eating pleasure. While snacking on the new Berry Lucky Charms and performing a drive by I listen to. The "Logical Song" by Supertramp.

Where's Chatterton with the donuts.

It's been two years and still no donuts Jeff. So I have taken the law into my own fins and was trained by Kingston's finest. So be forewarned and get your tail lights fixed or a ticket will be issued. ( The're broken BTW ;-), ) . Congrats on the new job in Ottawa, yes the police computer is great. So while your waiting for me Chatterton listen to "The night Chicago died" by Paper Lace for your drive by tune.

Today I participated in an event called Mooring Day and then did the traditional driveby. We started the driveby and stopped a the rendervous start point, Tim Hortons where I indulged in a Iced Cap and listen to some classic motown. The Drive by tune was Can't get enough Loving by Landis, Junior. With Mike driving the Crown Victoria we found nothing to report and carried on to the Main Street cruise and returned to NTD for BBQ. Life is good, many thanks to Mike for Driving and getting me the Iced Cap and Harold for showing me around.

I came home today and found this leperchaun sitting by my pals in the store, I went over to him and snagged me a little leperchaun for lunch. Nothing like a little leperchaun to make your lunch time some days. I washed it down with a little baileys just like the old days. For desert I had the Lucky Charm Squares made this way( No Marshmellows though :( )
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (16 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
11 cups Lucky Charms
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups butterscotch chips
DIRECTIONS:
Over medium high heat in a large heavy kettle, combine the syrup and sugar, bring to a boil and continue to boil for one minute. Reduce heat to low and stir in the margarine and peanut butter until melted. Add marshmallows and stir until well blended.
Pour the cereal into a large bowl, and stir in the marshmallow mixture so that the cereal is evenly coated. Grease an 11x17 inch jellyroll pan and press the cereal into the pan. Flatten with the back of a buttered spoon.
To make the frosting, melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring frequently until smooth. Spread evenly over the bars in the pan. Let stand until the bars are cool, and topping is set. Cut into squares and serve with Bailey's.
While Baking listen to Shooting Rubberbands at the Stars by Eddie Brickell and your day will be complete.
Disclaimer: No Leperchauns were harmed in the making of this post. :p
So the Tune for my first Drive by was "The Stroke" By Billy Squire a good classic rock song off the Don't Say No album.
